What's the difference between Cloud, Managed, and Self-Hosted plans?

Cloud is fully hosted by us - zero installation, automatic updates, and we handle everything. Perfect for non-technical users who want to get started immediately.

Managed means we install it on your server, giving you full control over your data while we handle the setup. Ideal if you want data control but not the technical work.

Self-Hosted gives you complete source code access. Installation is optional - you can install it yourself or use our optional installation service. Best for developers who need customization.

Do I need technical knowledge for Managed plan?

No! We handle the entire installation process. You just need to provide server access, and we'll set everything up professionally. Perfect if you want control but not the technical hassle.

What's included in the installation fee for Managed?

The 149€ installation includes: server setup, software installation, configuration, testing, and training. We ensure everything works perfectly before handing it over to you.

Can I get source code with Cloud or Managed?

Source code is only available with the Self-Hosted plan. Cloud and Managed plans include full functionality but not the source code, protecting our intellectual property while giving you everything you need to run your business.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade from Cloud to Managed, or from Managed to Self-Hosted at any time. We'll credit your previous payments toward the new plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept crypto payments (USDT on TON blockchain) as well as traditional payment methods like credit cards and PayPal for all plans.

Installation & Setup

How long does installation take?

For Cloud plan, you're up and running immediately after payment. For Managed plan, installation typically takes 1-3 business days depending on server complexity. For Self-Hosted, installation is optional. If you install it yourself, it typically takes 2-4 hours for experienced developers. We also offer optional professional installation assistance.

What server requirements do I need for Managed or Self-Hosted?

You need a server with Node.js 14+ installed, at least 512MB RAM, and PostgreSQL database (optional but recommended). We provide detailed documentation for Self-Hosted installations.

Do you provide installation support for Self-Hosted?

Self-Hosted includes comprehensive documentation and community support. Installation is optional - you can install it yourself or use our optional professional installation assistance service.

Can I use my existing PostgreSQL database?

Yes! The system works with any PostgreSQL database. You can use your existing database or we can help set up a new one. The system also has a fallback to file storage if no database is available.

Features & Functionality

What currencies are supported?

The system supports all currencies available in Telegram Wallet, including USDT, TON, Bitcoin, and fiat currencies like USD, EUR, RUB. Payments can be made via credit card or cryptocurrency directly through Telegram Wallet.

Can I manage multiple Telegram channels and groups?

Yes! You can manage unlimited Telegram channels and groups from a single bot. Each user can have access to multiple channels and groups, and you can configure different access levels per channel or group.

How does the trial period work?

When a new user is added to your channel or group, they automatically get a free trial period (default 2 days, configurable). During this time, they have full access. Before the trial expires, they receive reminders to subscribe.

Can I customize subscription prices?

Yes, you can set your subscription amount in any currency (default RUB). The system automatically converts to USDT for blockchain payments. You can also enable automatic exchange rate updates.

What analytics are available?

The admin dashboard provides real-time statistics: active subscriptions, total users, revenue tracking, payment history, and user management. Advanced analytics (funnels, forecasting) are available in Managed and Self-Hosted plans.

Is there an API available?

Yes! REST API and webhooks are available in Managed and Self-Hosted plans. This allows you to integrate with your existing systems, build custom dashboards, or automate workflows.

Payments & Billing

How do payments work?

Users pay via Telegram Wallet using either credit card or cryptocurrency. The bot generates a unique payment link, and once the payment is verified on the blockchain (TON network), access is automatically granted. Payment verification happens every 5 minutes automatically.

How long does payment verification take?

Payment verification is automatic and happens every 5 minutes. Users can also manually check their payment status. Blockchain transactions typically confirm within 1-2 minutes on the TON network.

What happens if a payment fails or is delayed?

The system includes a grace period feature. You can grant users temporary grace periods to avoid access revocation during payment delays. Users also receive automatic reminders before their subscription expires.

Can I offer refunds?

The system doesn't include automatic refund functionality. Refunds would need to be handled manually through your payment processor or by granting free access periods to users.

Do you take a commission on payments?

No! All payments go directly to your wallet. We only charge the monthly subscription fee for Cloud/Managed plans or the one-time fee for Self-Hosted. There are no transaction fees or commissions on your revenue.

What kind of support do you provide?

Cloud & Managed: Email support with priority response for Managed customers. Telegram support available for fastest response.

Self-Hosted: Community support and comprehensive documentation. Professional support available as add-on service.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

Security & Privacy

How secure is my data?

All data is encrypted in transit. For Managed and Self-Hosted plans, your data stays on your servers, giving you complete control. Cloud plan data is stored securely on our infrastructure with regular backups.

Do you store payment information?

No. All payments are processed through Telegram Wallet and the TON blockchain. We never see or store credit card information or payment details. We only verify transactions on the blockchain.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export all user data, subscription information, and payment history from the admin dashboard. Data is available in standard formats for easy migration or backup.

To receive payments, you need to have a cryptocurrency wallet account that supports the currencies you wish to receive. You can use any compatible crypto wallet (Telegram Wallet, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or any other wallet that supports the payment currencies).

The system will provide you with the wallet address where payments should be sent. Your subscribers can send payments from any compatible wallet or payment method, as long as they follow the bot's instructions and use the correct payment address.
